About Me

Self driven entrepreneur, Trained computer programmer who likes to solve small and medium business problems like marketing, accounting, logistics, sales and communication with simple technical solutions. I also like to continually learn to create better products and to fit into the continually adjusting technology industry. I construct an array of solutions that include websites, web based systems, stand-alone computer applications and network computer applications among others. I have a passion for Information Technology and would relish an opportunity to increase the chances of success in this domain of practice.

My Business

I run Achi Systems, A business in which I build computer applications (Desktop and Web-based applications), websites and website content management systems for small and medium organizations. The business is a registered start-up. I mostly construct websites and web-based applications from scratch to meet client demands and desires to the specifics. It's also technically beneficial since I get to set tools and controls the way I deem fittest and I gain full control of my designs. These services are my main business activity and constitute the main source of my income.

Loan Proposal

I need an extra laptop for my web and desktop application development business. I currently have one laptop which I use for system development and coding. Due to some marketing I have done recently, I get more requests for small applications and it has been challenging to keep up. I have a trainee to whom am imparting the specific skills that suit the nature of the business. This is why I need an extra laptop. A good used imported laptop costs 25000 Kenyan Shillings (Approximately 211 USD). With the loan of 19,000, I will add the remaining Ksh.6000 (66 USD). This laptop will help me increase the quantity of orders I can handle (From the currently 2 medium size projects per month to up-to 4 projects per month) once I have it. My trainee will get an opportunity to learn and earn, besides assisting the business expand. By increasing the number of projects I clear per month, job referrals are expected to be more, but before that, I will need to get the extra machine from which my trainee will work. If granted the loan, I'll be glad and appreciative since it will be an opportunity to accomplish this. Asante Sana.
