My name is Elizabeth Neequaye
I was born in a Accra –Ghana and live in a town called Odorkor, where i grew up. I went to a local public primary school and later Continue to Senior Secondary school. When l finished school l went to trained as a professional graphic designer and now l am a professional designer .l have established my own business shop. I have been doing this for many years. l am married and have two daughters and one son. My children are going to school. Iam the main earner in my household my husband lost his job about a year ago. l earn GHC 7 00 a month and sometime more when business is good. My son want to be a teacher and the two daughters wanted to be a medical Doctor in future.My habbies are making new friends and reading books.

My Business

.l have established my own business shop which l provide the services of graphic designing. The business is not bad . l am doing this for many years.
l earns approximately Ghc900 per month or more when business is good from my business. Now days l can hardly manage my household expenses with my income. l have to pay my children school fees to enable them to continue their education to be come whom they want to be in the nearest future.so they can enjoy a better life.

I have set up my own business shop. I provide the service of Graphic designing. The business is good. I have been doing this for many years. I earn approximately Gh8,00per month or more when business is good. Now days l can hardly managed my household expenses with my income. My three children are in school and l have to pay their school fees so they can be come want they have told me they want to be in future and they can enjoy a better life. I want to apply for a loan to pay my children school fees and l will be repay the from the profits l get. This will enable my children to continue their education.     Dear Zidisha team, one of my invitee applied her loan and it was funded but today she called me that her application has been declined . Because of this when l asked anyone to join they told me that they wouldn't join because they don't want to waste their time on internet and later their application decline. I want to write and ask why is it so ?is it a technical fault or what.Thank you.

    Hello, lenders, l just log in into my account and saw that my loan is 28% funded within a few days.l am so glad so far for my loan funding progress .l thank all the lenders who has funded my loan part and those who is going to help me fund this loan very ,very much .I hope you will continue to help me because a loan of $322 will help me to pay my children school fees.

    I used my loan to pay part of my children school fees and it has enabled my children to continue their education. I thank Lenders for assisting me to pay my children school fees.l am applying another one to pay the remaining part of the fees so l would like to ask all the lenders here to help me raise this loan.

    Please, l need explanation on this issue. My loan repayment rate was this 86% when l was making my next repayment .After my next repayment has been credited into my account my repayment rate has reduce to 83% which of cause l do not understand. Please help me.

      It might sound strange, but it could be because it looks like you've paid several future repayments early? The best way to get an answer from Zidisha is to send an email to their admin staff at:

        Thank you MattB. But haven't make 50% of my loan in a week. When l was taking my loan the highest repayment l can make in a week was Ghc101 .May be it because of the changes in repayment that has effect my loan repayment rate.

    I used to save and take loans from some microfinance company here in Ghana,until I discovered Zidisha Microfinance .At first Zidisha interest rates are so low Their rates are even lower than banks here in Ghana.Later, I was so excited to hear that they have adopted interest free loan as a way of ensuring that members are able to make profits from the facilities Zidisha grants us.A big thanks goes to the founder,Zidisha team and all the lenders .
