About Me

Felicia Ameyaa is my name. I come from Berekum in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana.

I had my elementary education in Jinijini, one of the suburbs close to Berekum. From there, I went to junior high school. I was not all that good a student, though. Therefore, I dropped out of school, and that was the end of my formal education.

Next, I joined my elder brother, who was doing some business selling tiles in Kumasi. Kumasi is the second capital of Ghana. (Accra is the first capital of Ghana.) I stayed with my brother for about five years. In the sixth year, I came back to Berekum and began something myself. I started selling fruits by the roadside.

I sell all kinds of fruits, such as: apples, berries, oranges, pineapples, watermelon slices, etc.

My Business

In past years, fruits were not something sought after by many Ghanaians. Since the income of most Ghanaians is hand-to-mouth, many prefer to eat less-expensive and heavy foods that feel as though they remain in the stomach for many hours, so that taking another meal can be delayed. So, the scarce money usually wasn't spent on fruits, for example, apples, which are imported into the country.

However, upon eventual mass sensitization regarding the benefits of fruits, many Ghanaians now have changed their perception and are buying fruits as never before, despite the economic hardship and scarce resources.

If I invest about $100, I can get a profit of about $45 in a week.

I use part of the profit to cater for myself and I reinvest the rest.

Loan Proposal

I thank God for bringing us all to 2016.

I sell fruits at a good vantage point, where I have many customers who come to my corner to buy all kinds of fruits on daily basis.

I now need more capital to inject into the business, to enable me to buy more fruits
directly from the farmers.

Thank you, in advance.

About Me

Ameyaa Felicia is my name. I come from Berekum in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana.I had my childhood education at Jinijini one of the close suburb of Berekum. From there, i moved to the Junior high school. But to be honest on this platform, i was not all that good student, i should say i was weak by all standards. I Therfore dropped out of school and that was the end of my education. I joined my elder brother who was doing some business, that was selling tiles in Kumasi.
Kumasi is the second capital of Ghana. I stayed with him for sometime, almost about five years. On the sixth year, I came back to Berekum and began something myself. I started selling fruits by the roadside. i sell all kinds of fruits, like water melon, oranges, apple, pineapple, berries etc. I am single and still looking. I think this is brief about me.

My Business

My business is quite simple and easy to understand. I sell fruits by the roadside. Fruits in Ghana for the past years was not something admired by Ghanaians. I cant point out that directly, but i may also attribute it to the low standards of living. Since the income of most Ghanaians is hand to mouth, one may want to eat heavy foods that will last in the stomach for many hours before taking another meal. So the scarce money wont be used on something like apple, which is imported into the country. But upon mass sensitisation on the benefits of fruits, many Ghanaians had changed their perception and are buying fruits like never before, despiste the economic hardship and scare esources. If you invest about $100 you can get a profit of about $ 45 in a week. I use the profit i get to cater for myself and reinvest the rest. Thanks

Loan Proposal

I sell fruits at a very advantageous point, where I have many customers come to my corner to buy all kinds of fruits on a daily basis. The demand for fruits in modern Ghana is gaining popularity: due to mass advertisement and the creation of awareness by other international NGOs about the benefits one gets from fruits, many are consuming much fruits now. Hence I opted for this kind of business. It is helping and has helped me a lot.
I now need much capital to inject into the business to enable me buy other fruits from the farmers directly, which will boost my profit. I therefore plead with lenders to help me out. I will use the loan to buy berries, fresh apples and pineapple from the farmers directly. Because demand is there, I can assure that I will repay when I am given the help. The projected weekly repayment will be indeed simple and easy for me when I am given the help. You have done it for many, it is now my turn. Thanks for helping without ignoring me.
