I was the last born among five siblings. My parents was peasant farmers. I grew up in hardship as I grew up in a rural village with limited access to educational facilities and I had to walk 2 miles away to get to school.
Upon completion of my primary education, I didn't manage to continue to High School due to lack of school fee, I therefore opted to start a small business with little savings I accrued from menial jobs.
I have 2 kids (Elkanah age 8 & Mitchel age 6), Elkanah would like to be a Mechanical Engineer and Mitchel has a dream of becoming a teacher.
In my free time, I do engage in visits and singing at our local Church choir.
I am trading on boiled eggs that I do sell to clients in their workplaces, I do walk door to door to sell my freshly boiled eggs, people like boiled eggs due to it's nutritional value and I do get many clients on a signle day that my current business capital cannot support. I am looking forwad to improving my stock and I have been advised that ZIDISHA is the best place for raising funds business capital in form of soft loans to help expand my business.
I am seeking a loan of KES 1,047 that will enable me buy a solar charged food heater to help maintain the temrature of boiled eggs that I do trade on. This solar-powered storage is handy and will enable me to sell freshly, produced boiled eggs that will serve to increase my income per day. I will appreciate your good gestue and trust in my business through financing.
