About Me

I am Sarah Marfo on 10th March 1970 am from a family of six children. I was born into a little town called Breman and I have lived there for the majority of my life since i was born into such a large family i had my elementary education at Breman .I have traded for about 20 years and with much experience in trading Now I sell maize, smoked fish to chicken breeders. I have my own provision store too which my husband built in front of our home. I used my income to support my husband raise our family am married and we have four children. A male and three females. They all go to school.

My Business

Now I sell maize, smoked fish to chicken breeders. I have a small shop where I sell a little of everything. This business puts me in direct contact with my community. I take pleasure in that. My shop is quite close to my home. Serving my community is my first goal and profit will automatically follow . My business help me support my husband financially with our children’s education.

Loan Proposal

I would like a $ 580.00 loan to increase my business. I will take $ 150.00 to pay my children's school fees. The remaining $ 430.00 I will go to the villages to pay for maize and to resell especially to the chicken breeders. With farmers the maize is their first ingredient in feeding the layers. I will be able to buy 20 bags of 100 kgs for a profit of $ 140.00 after deduction of my freight and other expenses.I hope with this loan I can purchase the old stock of the maize which is good for the layers. This will also help the farmers who are my customers to get money to support their farming activities for good yields in the next harvest and support their livelihood. Again with the loan I will not suffer in paying for my children's school fees although the school has re-opened. Thank you my Lenders ,thank you Zidisha Team for your support

Thank you once again for granting me my previous loan. I was able to finance my wards education with the amount I received and I could also buy the maize as I said in my proposal which I had a profit $115.00 after reselling it to the poultry farmers.

The 02/05/17 I wrote you here to say that I had paid the totality of my loan. But it is the opposite that we see. I have 3 payments that have not taken into account. By Email I gave the references, the ID, the date and the time to Zidisha team . I think it will be settled.
    Thanks.
