Please Director Julia, I want humbly ask that is it possible to be declined a new loan if someone you invited have not been able to pay back loan disbursed as a result of the borrower's mobile money wallet pin is locked and cannot retrieve the money back for repayment because the borrower I invited used his father's details to access the zidisha loan. Please Director Julia help me out here. Thank you very much.
