About Me

My name is Florah. i live in Zimmerman estate in Nairobi with my family (my husband and our son). i am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration at St. Paul's University. this i do on a part time basis.i help the less fortunate through a department in my church i am an academic writer and i also run a clothing business on the side. i use the proceeds i get to support my family, fund my education and that of my siblings.i have a passion for real estate and i have big dreams to invest in it, because of this i have an investment group where we invest money and buy at least one plot a year. when i get a loan, i will expand my businesses, so that we'l even accomplish more at our investment group. the sky is the limit for me. God bless you as you help young people achieve their dreams.

My Business

i am an academic writer. i make between $350 to $500 monthly. i do this business because it was convenient for me since i got my son last year because i worked from home. i would like a loan to expand the business by buying my own academic writing account. this will cost $1000 which will see make between $750 to $1000 a month. i also run a clothing business on the side by selling men clothing which include Khaki trousers, shirts, t shirts, boxers, socks and wallets. i make between $250 and $300 monthly. i want a loan so that i can open a shop which will be selling all men clothing. i started this business because i realized that men are not fans in shopping especially underwear and even socks, most men can survive with a pair or two which is not hygienic and can spread diseases very fast. it's convenient for a man to get everything they need under one roof and when thy know this, they will be encouraged to buy. with the loan i get, i will ensure that this happens.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan to buy and sell men outfits this will include shoes, Shirts, trousers, t-shirts, shorts, Jeans, wallets and boxers. We all know that men are not fans of shopping compared to ladies and due to the hustles of day to day lives, shopping for clothes becomes the last thing on a man's mind. when a man knows they can get all their shopping needs in one store, nothing will stop them from going for it. This will not only be convenient but also save time for a busy man. Am also planning to expand my business by strategically placing different stores within the city of Nairobi by the end of this year.

my business is yet to regain it's momentum, for this reason, I would like to request a monthly payment of Kshs.100 per month instead of per week as earlier proposed, until I gain my momentum.

Due to the reduced income, I request to reduce my weekly installment to Kshs. 100 instead of the previous Kshs. 200, As soon as I sort out the problem I will increase the installment upwards so that I can clear the loan in a shorter time than anticipated.
Once again I apologize to my lenders and I do hope they understand my situation. The loan has been a great help to me since I was able to start my business last year and this year things can only be better so no more defaults. Thanks.

Due to reduced cash flow, i would like to reschedule my loan from Ksh. 200 to Ksh.100 per week. the reason for this is because my business has suffered a diminished cash flow. i have every intention of repaying my loan in full and i will revert to my original payment as soon as the cash flow problem is resolved. kindly bear with me for the caused inconveniences. thank you.
