The Business name is SMARTKINGS PROPERTIES LIMITED which is incorporated under the Kenyan companies Act (Cap 486) as a Limited Company.
The Company core Business is the provision of Real Estate Agents services that include property management, buying and selling of properties (land, plots and Houses).
The Directors of SMARTKINGS PROPERTIES LTD have been involved in Property Management and Agency work and therefore have a wealth of experience in the letting and management of both commercial and residential properties.

To become a market leader in the provision of real estate agency services in Kenya and beyond.

To engage in continuous quality improvement in order to provide our customers with affordable, smart, and quality services.
Loan Proposal
I intend to boost my business since it has grown and I need enough cash to pay landlords in good time as I wait for all tenants to clear their arrears. This will ensure stability of my business.
Landlords require their payments on the scheduled dates without failure despite some tenants having their rent delayed. This poses a challenge to the agency business and hence need for a loan.
