About Me

I am happily married and blessed with 2 children hence I reside in Githurai Progressive. All of my children are in secondary school within the local community. I am married to a pastor in a local church. I started boutique business in 2013 so that I can also generate income and support my husband in day to day meeting expenses. Profit from my business is used to keep contribute to family expenses while the rest I use for savings so that I can expand my business. My pastor is incharge of a local church with a congregation of approximately 500 people and God has been so faithfully because the church is expanding and also my business is doing good.

My Business

My boutique business is based in Githurai and it was started in 2013 whereby it involves purchasing fabric from Uganda and Congo then sale them in Kenya and this is because materials from the two countries are of good quality. I have hired a young lady who usually run the business as I have part time job of singing in events thus sometimes I am extremely busy with the singing. Customers like my business because of good quality and we are always trusted. The young lady has also adequate skills of business management and customer care thus facilitating growth of my business in a short time but now I also want to introduce different fabric from Mombasa and so that my customers can have a variety to choose from.

Loan Proposal

My business is boutique and it involves selling different fabrics to women hence it has been doing great thus I intend to stock more materials from different parts of east africa. With the loan I intend to purchase farbric from Mombasa worth Kshs 5800, from Congo worth Kshs 6200 and from Uganda worth Kshs 6300. I will also utilize the various church gathering to sale my products so that the turnover is high thus generating a lot of revenue.

starting from December 7th 2014, instead of paying 200, i want to start paying 250 per week.
there is some 600 hundred i paid last time, but the money was not recorded, kindly assist on that.
i have doubt about the amount which am supposed to pay, baring in mind the amount that i received from you was only 12000, yet the balance which is remaining is more than the amount i took even after paying for a longtime.

Because of some problem that arises, I was not able to boost my small business with that loan and due to the fact that I had a child who was entering high school and I used some of the money to pay for the school fees.
I am apologizing because of that inconviniency that occurred. so i am writing with a polite requesting some changes in loan scheduled as i will be able to pay without struggle paying Kshs200 per week and the arrears to pay from 500 and above as i get the money before 7 months.

Am grateful for the financial support towards my business and I have put the money in use but the return is minimal as I anticipated so I request you to consider my plea to reschedule the loan to avoid exerting pressure. I will ensure to repay the loan but once the business moves on well I will repay my early schedule. Thanks and God bless you.
