My Business

About my business
It is not always easy but I always strive to get the very best from it. Capital is my single biggest constraint but I appreciate the little which have been blessed with to maximize the the best from it. Prudent capital management is my ultimate goal in the long run. Any grant or loan accorded at a reasonable cost will be deployed and managed effectively in order to maximize returns.

Loan Proposal

Dear Lenders,

I salute you all my lenders,
First and foremost, I will like to thank you all for the support you have given me from the time I joined Zidisha.
My last loan which I have been servicing greatly improved my stock levels which for the last three months improved my business greatly. In that period I hardly had stock outs which substantially reduced my opportunity cost. I almost met the demands of my customers in the short run.
However I need to diversify my business to other trading centres which will in turn improve my stock turnover and in turn increase my sales. This requires some injection from some investments which will take some time to recoup from those investments.
Currently my shop is in a stable condition but I would like to add stock to my fast moving stocks in the area. I humbly request you to finance re-stocking of the following commodities in my retail shop;
1. 5 bales of baking flour 2 kgs at a total cost of USD 183.15
2. Three 50 kgs bags of sugar at a cost of USD 113.90
3. Three boxes of 1 kg bar soap(Menengai brand) at a total cost of USD 153.60
4. Two 20 litres Cooking oil at a total cost of USD 192.00
From this capital if granted, I expect to increase my profit margin by 12% of capital with 3 times stock turnover in a period of four months which is approximately a gain of USD 135 at the lower side.
I gained USD 95 from the previous loan against my projection which was USD 75. If my current application will be financed, I expect to make a net gain of USD 115 on the lower side in a span of three months from that amount a lone.
I will be grateful for your kind assistance. I remain committed to my repayment schedules.

Yours faithful.
Victor Mogoi Mose
