  Please send an email to the attention of the Kenya Payment Team at "[email protected]" so they can help you, anytime a repayment has taken more than three business days to be credited to your account.
  
  I would like to make you aware that this Discussion page is for communication between borrowers and lenders (where you update lenders about your business and your life, and where lenders can offer you encouragement & can ask you questions about the same).
  
  It's also fine, of course, to let your lenders know you've made a payment that hasn't reflected, if it's been more than three business days since you made the payment (telling them the date and the amount only), but you also need to tell the Kenya Payment Team via email because they simply don't have time to monitor borrower Discussion pages. Also, you may need to email more detail to them, such as your M-Pesa account number and the payment Transaction Identification Number (and that kind of further detail you should not leave here on your Discussion page).
  
  Lenders contribute toward funding your loan, of course, but they do not have anything else to do with the administration of the loan; that is the job of the Kenya Payment Team at "[email protected]"... so, please write to that team anytime you have any questions about your loan.
