I am a mother of three children. I run a small business from selling soups ( bones soups) to breakfast, lunch and super. This opens from :5:30am to 8:00pm. I target morning customers including school children by preparing for them Mandazi, chapati chai and porridge some prefer take aways. lunch and super are orders that I get from my customers for special dietary.
As small business it is, i have employed one person whom we help each other for supplying lunch and super orders. breakfast is a take away especially for those who are going to work early in the morning. The all process can cost me 30000/=. I intend to employ people for delivery so that my customers get there food on time.
With this loan I wanted to more fresh veggies I have realized at 80% of my customers are vegetarians. I would add this veggies in my timetable meals. hence I would also like to have a preservative for fresh things from the market as my storage. this I didn't keep left over, I have to make sure that customers are well reserved.
