I was brought up in the rural and had challenges in my childhood. This made us, as a family, to device ways of getting money to support ourselves. I used to sell farm produce at the local market in the evening after school until I raised money enough to pay for my school fees and further contributed towards my aunt's cereals business.
It was last year when i sought to start an agribusiness. The business in located in an area with good market for fresh farm produce.
I started my business a year ago. The business has been growing slowly and now serve nearby schools and residential people who get fresh vegetables and other garden produce.
The area has a big market and I look forward to increase my production for better profits.
Given financial support, I will be able to increase production and plant variety of crops in high demand.
Expansion of my onion farm;
Due to increased demand on horticultural produce especially onions, I have developed interest in onion farming. This has made me to seek for more capital to lease land for expanding my onion farm.
