About Me
I was born many years ago, i grew in abject poverty, back in those days in my community we didn't have formal education, we had missionaries who came up with a combinations of formal and informal education, i was a beneficiary of that form of schooling which was later integrated with Kenyan system, i am a mother of 7 children and 4 grand children, in my life i have been employed and now i am a business lady, my wish and hope is to educate my children to the highest level that i can afford, so that they may have a better life and also they should contribute to the well being of the earth and humanity.
My Business
I am related by three business, i have a tailoring center we do school uniforms, i have a piece of land where i grow my own vegetable, yams, sweet potatoes, beans, cassavas, among others and i also have a kiosk that is a green grocer, over the years i have managed to learn to create a small system that works for me, while i help out on the other business, a combination of this business earns me a living and to take care of my children through school, to pay utility bills, rent among other emergencies when you have children you never know what could happen, that will require money so i also save just in case.
Loan Proposal
I would like to use the loan on preparation of my farm for the next round, i want to use 32.61 dollars to buy manure and 34.02 dollars to get a tractor to till it for me and the get ready to plant, i am going to grow a variety of vegetables, i want to get ready for the July-august market, This will help me and my family to boost the business,and also make sure that my children go to school and i met my ends well.
