About Me

I was born in Lumakanda village of Lugari Sub-county,Kakamega Counthy 26 years ago. I grew up with a bigger vision,a bigger mind, a dream to become a doctor. But what happened to the greater dream?
I started my primary school and eventually completed class eight with certificate of Kenya primary school Education (KCPE).
In 2006 I joined a local secondary school where I began to explore all that could make me realized my dream. I n 2009, I completed my secondary education and passed with credit of B but could not join university to pursue medicine due to financial constrains, since this couldn't be the end of life I decided to become a casual worker despite its low wage and at the same time being rare to find.
I did this work for three years and at the end I had saved some good amount of cash, that I decided to venture into service business where IN opened up a barber shop, where I now cut, shave and trim young and old people hair and make them look smart.

My Business

As mentioned from my profile, I currently operate a barber shop where I cut, shave and trim all hair styles.Currently the generation that surrounds the environment where I stay are students and also the working class who at all times need to be smart and presentable. This makes it worthwhile to offer quality service to them.
My current business is worth 10,000KES. I ventured into the business after saving some money from the casual jobs I was engaging in.So far I have made a profit of 500KES, I anticipate that these will grow up to at least 1000KES profit.
I intend to use these profit to save for my family and also for the university fees which am expected to start paying when I join business class later this year.

Loan Proposal

Hello lenders I run a barber shop and a Solon, I have been facing the challenge of power shortage and rationing for long which has made it difficult to run my business efficiently since my business depends wholly on electricity, This has made me to incur a lot of losses. I therefore need to look for a back up so that in case we have power shortage I can continue doing my business comfortably.I therefore want to purchase a solar panel that costs ksh.12, 000, a car battery that costs ksh.6,000 and a DC-AC Inverter that costs ksh.3,000.
Therefore the 171 Dollars I will raise here I will add my savings and purchase the aforementioned apparatus, this will enable me to work through out the day hence increasing my profits.
kindly help me achieve it.

Hello lenders am greatful for the loan I have just completed, the loan I was able to purchase the blowdrying machine and expand my business by introducing the solon after securing a spacious room.I have realized increase in profits some which I have reinvested back into my business while the rest I have used to take care of my family. There is one challenge I have undergoing that have made my business not to be that efficient. and the challenge is the regular losting of electric power in our center, in a day we can have no power for about half a day and this makes it difficult for me to run my business which solomely rely on power. It is due to this that my next loan I would want to purchase a power backup, that's a solar panel, a car battery and a DC -AC power inverter. so kindly help achieve it.
