About Me
My name is Mary thou. I'm the first born in a family of 3, that is, two male boys and I as the only female. I was born, studied and got married in Nairobi county. I went to Mount Kenya university where I studied business administration and that's where I got an idea of self employment as an entrepreneur. Before joining the university, I was a sales and marketing girl at a local company where by we would sell health supplement products and got paid in commissions. The job was tiresome but all in all ,I had to do some savings which enabled me start my own business of buying women's handbags, travelling bags, hiking bags as well as money pouches from the manufacturing companies both locally and internationally. I get them at a cheap price and sell them to my community which for most its entailed of students, business men and women, politicians and all sort of people who get my services at an affordable price. I have no kids and I love reading business novels and also cooking.
My Business
My business entails selling of handbags, pouches, suitcases, school bags, hiking bags..to my community. I provide these services to my locality since they're always in demand. I make good profits from the sales and I use the profits to pay for my business license, expansion of my business as well as having self care. I am looking forward to grow my business to the stage of a big mall in the future. I love this business since it helps me come across a lot of people mostly those who are in business and I get the idea of being determined and looking ahead of creating too ideas for young entrepreneurs.
Loan Proposal
I will use the loan to put an addition of extra school bags,travelling bags and pouches in my shop. The loan will be of great help since I will buy a school bag at a cost of $7, travelling bag at cost of $40 and suitcase at $20. I will use the loan to add to my investments and buy 10 school bags, 20 travelling bags and 10 suitcases. The loan will be of great help in my business. I expect a 40% profit increase and I will use the profits in repaiying back my loan on time as well as managing my bills and buying food in my house.
I will also help the young and upcoming entrepreneurs by giving them great ideas and plans of beginning their own businesses from the scratch and roll up in becoming great business men in the future.
