I am Esther Wanjiru, I completed my secondary school level two years ago and since my parent did not have enough fund for me to continue with the college, I got employed in a business field where by am working in an mpesa and stationery shop. The business have been doing well and now i have decided to start my own business of cybercafe next month. I therefore request to get the loan to enable my business idea to work,i will be happy to get the loan. I have heard good things and also read from your posts about how people who have used the loan wisely have advanced. My prayer is I will also make good use of the money advanced to me. thanks.

My Business

I started my cybercafe four months ago and it is picking up. Am doing typesetting printing, photocopying, binding and lamination.My customers prefer my business because of my good customer relations that i have with them and the one on one interaction that i offer them. They also prefer my business because of the conducive environment offered by business through its ample location and the quality services that i offer my clients. My business is profitable because i have invested a lot of confidence in my clients who are assured of quality through my cyber. Thus am assured of the clients coming for my services. I face risks such as power shortages and machine break down especially the printer and photocopier which leads to a lot of losses and if i got a generator for my business i could be in a better position of dealing with this. Am dreaming big to expand my business and with Zidisha am sure all fulfill my dream.

Loan Proposal

My cybercafé business is doing well so far in Naivasha town. The powering generator I acquired through zidisha has really helped in providing my customers with reliable services. I managed to repay my first loan fully and I would like your help again in increasing purchasing a new modern photocopying machine that will help me increase the profit at the cybercafé since so many customers always asks for more copies after doing typesetting and printing, and the one I had it quite small and does not produce a good quality making my customers to complain time to time. I would also like to have a smaller colored printer to avoid sending my customers to another cyber which deal with colored documents only. My main aim for requesting for a loan from zidisha is to buy a photocopying machine, since so many customers always asks for more copies after doing typesetting and printing I also gain a lot of customers from school based to print exam and that the main aim of having photocopying machine. From the savings I have made from the cybercafé, given a loan will help me in buying the photocopying machine which costs 800 USD at the moment I can be able to raise 650USD. Acquiring the Photocopying machine will help me improve on my business in the following ways; many of my customers will be able access with my business and all have to maintain and increase my business profit. Therefore my business further it will give me hope for expanding my business to more location.
