Dear Zidisha Team,

I am writing in regards to my loan application this week. I feel quite frustrated I was asked to load a copy of ID which I did, then I was told to loan a photo of myself working in my business and for sure I did the same. Too my surprised I am getting this kinds of message over and over again see below:

We are writing to let you know that your loan application funding is paused because the copy of the national ID card you uploaded is not readable, or because it does not match the national ID number registered with your account.

The copy of ID i sent is very clear besides you can even zoom to see the same clearly.

This is my 5th loan and I have been paying on time and faithfully. I have also invited people to join the same but am surprised I am been treated like a first timer.

Kindly look in to this and make this platform conducive to as who have been borrowing for sometime and have been paying on time even the friends I invited would not be happy with this kind of treatment.

Thank you very much for your continued support. This has helped me grow my business, my rabbit are healthier and have multiplied. I have sold some and was able to pay bills and the rest I will inject back to business. I really appreciated, thank you once more.

Thanks you for support. I will buy rabbit pallets, this will help feed my rabbits well -with a balance diet and not hay only. This will improve their health specially the mothers who are expectant.
