About Me

My name is wilson. I am married with one kid. My family and i live in Nakuru town at Hehima estate. My wife and i run a salon/barber shop in the nakuru town central business district. We both commute to and from town to estate daily. From monday to saturday, on sundays we attend church, we are also planning to open a small charity organisation in order to help local orphans and less fortunate around my hood.
The business is located in a building called care guest house opposite k-rep bank ground floor rm 21B.
I completed form four level education in the year 2009. I couldn't continue with formal education partly due to lack of finances and partly because i believed my future was in business. I then did a series of casual jobs in town for six months and raised some money that i used to enroll for a six months hair dressing /beautician course at vera beauty college in nakuru town. upon completion i worked in various salons as an employee earning commission.
In the year 2012 November i started my own salon business where i was later joined by a lady Now my wife with whom we still partner to date.
In addition to normal salon/barber duties we also sell beauty products to our customers.

My Business

my business includes a salon and a barbar shop. i also sellbeauty products like shampoos ,hair dyes , chemicals and other. i have two employees who i pay a commission for work done on dailly basis. the following are my monthly expenditures in Kshs: Rent 15,000 , Water and electricity 5,000 and transport 3,000. I earn about KES 2000 daily ( 60,000 in a month) .This translates to a net profit of 35,000 to 45,000.
when i get the loan ,i want yo add more beauty products and ornaments which are on high demand. i expect to raise my income by about 400 shillings daily. with this , i will pay the loan as well as grow my business.

Loan Proposal

My previous loans did well(thanks to my selfless lenders) and so far i can't regret joining ZIDISHA .
I am raising money to buy a refrigerator and put it in my shop to store and keep fresh soft drinks which i will be selling to my clients as they will be waiting or after being attended to for refreshment.
With this, my sales will increase and i will earn more profit, there fore, i will be able to pay back my loan in time.
Locally, a refrigerator costs ksh40,000(USD445). I kindly request my lenders to help me raise this amount so that i can buy it.
i will be grateful to have one, thank you all and my God bless you as you stretch a helping hand to me, i accredit you all for the lives of many people you have changed from nothing to something, and that is why i always turn on to you and am hoping for positive response, and i believe soon i will be a potential lender.
Thank you Zidisha

Hello my lenders, my sincere apologies that I'll reduce my repayment this week. There have been heavy rains in Kenya and I traveled to my village to take my mother to the hospital and my car got stuck and I'm still trapped here. My mum has been sick since last year and had surgery in April but I bless God she's under medication and getting better. Kindly see you next week I hope I'll be back in the city.

I received helpful loan from my zidisha lenders and my business has grown to great heights. May God bless for good work. I have now managed to buy a brand new Toyota Vitz which needs legal papers for a taxi business. I'm short of Ksh68000. When I get this loan I'll use it to process the legal documents required by law and I'll be able to run the taxi business easily hence loan repayment on time. Kindly help me

    Hi lenders
I communicated with Wilson on phone and he promised me to log in to zidisha and explain his status .. It occurred to me that he thought he had finished payment of his loan and seemed to have some complains.. I advised him to launch the complains with zidisha help desk

One positive thing I love about Zidisha lenders is that you guys understand a lot .
My poor health disappointed me severely because after being discharged from the hospice i was confined in my house for close to Two months; whereby i couldnt go to work hence getting no returns to fund my weekly premiums.
I was to complete repaying my current loan this month.
I am happy to let you know that am now well and fit to work together with you by the grace of God. Am looking forward to complete paying my loan.
    Thankyou for your prayers.
    God bless you all

Am grateful to my selfless lenders. I have been paying my loan on time but my health has greatly affected this and my business too because I have been indoors for one month since I was discharged from the hospital.
Am humbled to apologise and ask for your prayers too. Please bear with me and i am humbled to request for your patience. I have not disregarded my loan since it has helped me a lot.
Thanks my lenders. Am resuming soon.

First i want to thank my selfless lenders who have contributed greatly in my life and my businesses.
My previous loans have been productive and so far am enjoying the fruits of my labor though i still wish to expand more.
This time round i want to do something different, i am aiming to buy a refrigerator which i will be using to store and cool soft drinks and sell to my clients while they will be waiting to be attended to, my business partner tried this and has no regret about it, and he recommended me to buy one which i believe will do wonders.
The number of my clients have increased and by selling soft drinks to them, i believe at least half or three quarter of them will buy them for refreshment, with these increased sales, i will earn more profit and be able to pay back my loan in time.
Locally, the said refrigerator costs ksh40,000 (USD445), I kindly request my lenders to help me raise this amount.
My God bless you all as you stretch your hands to help me, may you achieve all your goals and your projects thrive.
THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE AND I HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU.

i would like to increase my installments so as to finish paying faster because i want another loan and my business is doing fabulous thus i wont have hard time to repay,
My previous loan, helped m buy a new massage chair which evryone of my clients want to have the service offered to them.
i charge USD3 customer and i attend about 30 customers per day, thus making about USD90(per day ), so in a month am getting USD40-45.
On the other hand, my barber shop is bringing good returns though this month is a bit low as usual in January.
please adjust for and i will be glad to hear from you.
