First build it was soil house four room later I added six room other parts i build with cement other with soil till now my house is like that,i was still working in the hotel industry in the laundry department but i still aspire to improve on where ileft and build more rooms for renting

My Business

i did built this house from my little savings semi permanent in nature but i want to improve it to atleast a more attractive building tht can attract better pay from tenants which my great dream with zidisha

Loan Proposal

i would like to continue repairing and improving the house for my tenants and plaster the house to modern standards that fetch better rent income every month this will cost upto $500 which i continue to raise together with with this loan
