First build it was soil house four room later I added six room other parts i build with cement other with soil till now my house is like that,i was still working in the hotel industry in the laundry department but i still aspire to improve on where ileft and build more rooms for renting

i did built this house from my little savings semi permanent in nature but i want to improve it to atleast a more attractive building tht can attract better pay from tenants which my great dream with zidisha

Loan Proposal

I continue repairing my houses so tht my tenants can live in decent environment and increase rent to go the current rate of inflation and also increase my profitability i expect to spend $100
