About Me

I went to a primary school called Rabai Road Nairobi, then to secondary high school at Ngiya Girls' High School, after which I joined college and did administration and counseling courses.

My life has not been a bed of roses. After losing my job 10 years ago, I have tried my hands in so many businesses, which I failed. Two years ago, however, I joined hands with a friend and we started outside catering and event planning.

This has helped me educate my children. I must admit that I am indeed a proud mother and a proud businesswoman. My children are my source of inspiration. They all have different careers.

My Business

I am in the outside catering and event planning business. I choose this business because the market is wide and in-demand here in Kenya.

I provide outside catering to weddings, parties, funerals, etc. In a good weekend when I get a good order, I can make 50,000 KSH after all the expenses. When business is low, I can even make 15,000 KSH depending on the service that I am hired to give.

My profit I will reinvest and pay school fees for my children.

Loan Proposal

I will restock my stock. This will help me in running my business effectively.
this will improve my services to my clients.
The profit will help be used to pay school fees for my children

Am sorry, I have a sick relative in the hospital,
Iam trying to juggle repaying the loan in good time and paying for her medical bill. It is my prayer that I will clear my loan. Thank you for understanding my current situation.

Thank you very much for the loan that i was awarded by your esteem organisation. I indeed benefited . For the one month that i did my business i saved my profit and was able to save on hiring of dinner plates.
I did impress my clients with my upgraded dinner plates and trust me out of my professional service and classic plates, i did secure two new clients.
Thank you so much Zidisha may the organisation continue to transform people's livelihoods .

My thanks goes to Zidisha, i managed to purchase a set of dinner plates for my catering business, i was very relieved this Saturday 14th of February 2015 when i had a function to prepare dinner for 50 people. i was very proud to use my new dinner plates for the function, this also lessen my expense for hiring of dinner plates.

This time round instead of paying for the plates, i have used the profit in saving for another item. What a great idea this is.
