About Me

I am a Kenyan single Lady aged 25,second born in a family of four.I graduated in Jomo Kenyatta University with a bachelor of commerce specializing in Finance in 2012.I opted to start business because it was a easy way of self employment as i apply and wait to get a job in the formal sector which will be a good thing since i will be able to expand my business and the business would have gotten a good financial standing then hopefully.I am able to manage my business since i have skills that are required in this field from my back ground in finance.I use the profit that i get from the business to restock and cater for my basic needs.

My Business

I started my business from my own personal savings of KES 50000.i have specialized in women clothing,shoes and bags. i also sourced some funds worth 30 000fromfriends and family Since i started i have been able to expand the business and secured a physical shop in Nairobi town along mfangano street, swingmart stalls number B10.I post my products in social sites like face book and twitter.The challenge i am now facing is that the demand is high and supply is low because i don't have enough funds to buy enough stock

Loan Proposal

thanks to zidisha team for lending me cash before .since my loan limit has gone up am planning to buy good amount of stock .dresses and trench coats are first moving this season am planning to buy 3 trench coats ksh1200each wholesale that will leave me with about ksh8000 which will enable me to buy a couple of dresses ranging from ksh600-ksh800 wholesale. i will sale the trench coats at a retail price of ksh2500-ksh3000 and the dresses at a retail price of ksh1500-ksh thus the trench coats will give me a profit ranging ksh1200-ksh1800 and the dresses a profit ranging ksh900-ksh1500 this will enable me pay zidisha team and be able to remain with a good amount of profit.
