About Me

hi my name is Mwaanga, am married and I come from a family of 4 girls. Life was very interesting growing up. I did my primary education and later completed my secondary education. One thing that i can recount as a hardship was going to college but by God's grace I managed to complete a Diploma in Social Work. Apart from being an entrepreneur, my interest is to help the needy in society and also work with children.I have 4 kids, the first born girl wants to become a medical doctor, my second born son wants to become a lawyer and the other two are still young. In my free time i enjoy singing and spending time with my family.

My Business

I am currently employed and I have been working for more than five years and I normally spend my salary on food and any support to my family. At the same time I run small businesses of selling rice at home and also supplying of books and smoking fish. I chose this kind of business because I noticed that people need food everyday. My source of income is my current job and any help rendered to me will be highly appreciated. The demand for food is high and with bigger capital my business will grow from one level to another.

Loan Proposal

Dear lenders, I thank you for funding the loan I recently completed and I come back to you for another loan application. I need a total of $650 which will enable me purchase 10 bags of 50kg bags of rice to supply to restaurants in primary schools. I chose this kind of business because I work in a school and that makes me become familiar with the small needs in nursery schools. Most schools provide food for school kids especially the young ones in their canteens so the idea of selling foodstuffs such as rice is high on demand .My source of income is my current job and any help rendered to me will be highly appreciated. Once I receive this loan I will buy 10 bags of 50kg rice which will cost me about $600 and after I sell all the 10 bags I will make about $150 as profit. I will use profits from this business to pay transport fees for my school going children and part of it i reinvest in this same business. The only cost is transport, everytime when delivering this rice to the schools. The demand foodstuffs is high and with bigger capital my business will grow from one level to another. I will repay on time and part of my profits, i wont skip any repayments. Thanks in advance to all my lenders.

Loan was originally scheduled to take eight months. Four months of payments were missed but the loan was paid off after about eleven months. I wish you continued success.
