Dear Zidisha,
I have been trying to apply for a funding but i have been experiencing difficulties eventhough i have already cleared my previous loan.
First, i did not get an increament on my new loan as you had stated on my loan limit despite clearing before my deadline.
Second, when i try to apply for that un-increased amount, am not able, and the message i get is"We're sorry, your loan application was not approved. You are welcome to try again later with a new application." I have tried to use my phone and computer but still not successful.
I'll be greatful if you could help me out.

  You can find an overview with the credit limit on your “your credit limit” page. (www.zidisha.org/current-credit).
  
  Please read this page because it gives information about increasing your credit limit over time and also provides info about a credit limit bonus. In your case it didn’t grow because your on time repayment score is 65% and it has to be above 90% to get an increased credit limit.

I am very grateful, concerning the issue I had, that I had made my payment using another number of mine n the account couldn't reflect the payment. I now received the refund and my case was settled. Thank you very much.

I previously reported that I had paid my loan using a different number by mistake, n I was directed to pay with my registered number so that the other payment would be refunded, which I did but no refund happened, now it's 3 months n nothing. Kindly refund the 1st payment. Thanks
