Even though he said his business is not moving well like before but he assure me of paying with arrears as soon as the start booming again. Thank you very much

My advice is to continue to pay as scheduled. Normally it can take up to 3 business days, US Eastern Time, for a repayment to be credited to your account. This time you should wait a few more days.

If the payment hasn’t been credited next week then please create a support ticket using the help menu (www.zidisha.org/borrower/help) with the following details:
- Date you made the payment
- Payment amount
- Phone number or account number you used to send the payment
- Transaction ID of your payment
