I proposed for a loan and my limit was 1203 but ksh 83 was disbursed to my account-and I have paid the loan I got yet my my account show I have got a balance to pay please show me why?

i just got ksh . 12 and it was not useful at since you cannot do anything with ksh12 and requested 1200 only to get 12
