About Me

My name is Lydiah. Am the 1st born in a family of 5 siblings. Am married & a mother of 2 kids. I live in Mombasa County. We own a home there. Am also a trained ECD teacher, but currently a stay-at-home mom running a retail shop.

I have experienced funding firsthand so am aware of its benefits & that it changes lives.

My goal is to be financially stable so that my children can live a comfortable life in future.

Am passionate about Early Childhood Education & Literacy. Am saving so that I build a modern Pre-school that would be a safe haven for children & families in general.

My Business

My business is a retail shop. I recently added an Mpesa to my shop. My initial starting capital was Kshs. 30000. The business generates a monthly net profit of Kshs. 5000.

It's not a busy neighborhood so profits are slow, but steady. It's almost 2yrs since I started operations.

Loan Proposal

To conveniently run my shop I plan to re-stock it as well as adding new brand of items so as to retain customers & keep them satisfied.

Also, I'll add float to mpesa agent account so as not to inconvenience customers & earn a higher commission at the end of the month.
