You people aren't addressing my concerns appropriately and this is beyond frustrating to say the least!
Of the amount i borrowed in 2016, i only got to receive six thousand and something which i can't quite remember.
I have since picked up my repayments but the balance reflecting on the repayment schedule board is contradicting and confusing.
I have raised numerous support tickets but i don't get conclusive feedback regarding the balance owed to Zidisha.
With all due respect, i wish to have this loan canceled, a reconciliation done on my account to ascertain the actual balance remaining because from what i know, i should be having a balance of about two thousand and something to clear the six thousand i received.
Is it possible to get a proper, clear breakdown of the amounts owed to avoid this back and forth once and for all??????

Dear Liz,

This is a place to communicate with your lenders. In your case you should ask your question to Zidisha staff. You can do this by creating a support ticket using the help menu (www.zidisha.org/borrower/help).

Ps. You agreed to put a large part of your loan into the Member Loan Fund to get a higher credit limit in the future. This amount is deducted from your current loan so you didn’t receive that. If this was a mistake then you could repay the exact amount you received. If this is done then you should contact staff (by creating a support ticket) to cancel the remaining part of your loan.

Immediately rescheduled the loan after disbursement without reason, and no update for 7 months. Is there any accountability left on this platform, even from a reputation perspective?

  I agree, very disappointing. Repaying a reasonable loan over an unreasonable timeframe of 5 years at $1 per week is not acceptable.
  To Liz, this makes lenders on the platform angry that you are taking us for granted - and our money is locked up in your loan and unable to be loaned to other worthy recipients. You should not have taken such a large loan if you can only afford to repay less than 1% per week. It appears you are making a large profit at the expense of other borrowers who are perhaps more deserving of money to borrow.

    I trust that this reply finds you well. Sincere apologies that this slipped through the cracks counting 2 years. It wasn't intentional, so much has happened that had me completely forget. However, as i've written before, i was thrown off guard when the person who introduced me to this forum fraudulently conned me 250$ and disappeared without a trace. Efforts to reach out through this forum to recover my money went unanswered till i gave up and really questioned the credibility of the platform. I do not intend to neither have i considered disappearing even after that ordeal. I shall repay all my dues and have picked up from where i left off 2 years ago and intend to complete within the shortest time. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.

If granted yet another loan I will expand my business further and explore other available options in the wares industry. and move a step further to venture into men's wears as well. I have so far seen my business grow, thanks to the loans Zidisha has furnished me thus far so efficiently and so promptly. I hope to move a step ahead by expanding my business through stocking more and more and work on enhancing stocks variety to cater for all. I look forward to being a disciplined beneficiary who will not disappoint when it comes to repaying my loans on time and maintain a continued business success story through notable development business wise.

I have had to settle an unexpected emergency hence the reason for the delay in my payments. I'd therefore like to maintain the former repayment amount of kes 500 which i have adhered to since adjusting my schedule.

Dear Lenders,
It is with great appreciation that with your support i have managed to expand my clothing and shoes store and basically keep my business running. I have kept on adding stock and so far the business has been able to sustin itself. With the previous loan advanced to me by yoursleves i was able to expand further and even employ 1 person on a full time basis to keep watch at the shop as i have gone back to school to advance in my studies as well. I would appreciate a further boost so as to keep growing my stock and and advancing further hence my application for another loan yet again. i look forward to your kind response

I have changed my repayment schedule to kes 1000/= for the remaining installment payments as i work on finalizing the payment for this first loan disbursed to me by yourselves.
