Requests for administrative help have been removed from this page.

Please use the "Support Ticket" feature in the "Help" section of your Zidisha account to communicate with Zidisha's Administrative Staff.

Most lenders are not on Staff and cannot help you with anything administrative.

The Discussion page is for you to update your lenders about the progress of your education and/or business (and other aspects of your life if you wish to share more, and about their lives, too, if they wish to share). It also is a place for your Volunteer Mentor to post information, when necessary, that you and/or your lenders need to know.

However, anything having to do with disbursements, payments, your credit limit, all technical problems on the website (including but not limited to: posting photos or comments), your ineligibility or eligibility to become or to remain a Volunteer Mentor, etc., must be communicated via the new "Support Ticket" system located on the "Help" page of your Zidisha account.

Other than that, if you ever have any log-in problems, then please send an email to "[email protected]" with "Cannot Log In" (without the quotation marks) placed in the Subject line of your email. Please use email for log-in problems ONLY. (All other borrower issues are handled via the new "Support Ticket" system.)
