Thanks for the loan of $9 which I received on 2nd February 2017. I utilized the loan to print our organizational newsletter which we have given the heading " The Change Makers ". The Change Makers is set to be the first community newsletter which is set to revamp the rural economy starting with Kakamega County. Our first publication contains the concept of The ICT Academy dream. I managed to print 50 copies at $0.2 each and we are selling it to the locals at $0.5 each as we create awareness of our nonprofit at the same time earning a little profit.

The loan shall be utilized to print The ICT Academy newsletter which we have given the title " The Change Makers" The Changemakers shall be published on a yearly basis and it shall be used to create awareness of The ICT Academy dream as it revamps the rural economy. Hi nice people. Today I share with you concerning The ICT Academy. The ICT Academy is one of the few projects selected for the seventh batch of Vijana Reloaded Make It Happen Traineeship. Vijana Reloaded is a social enterprise with the purpose of training youngsters in rural Kenya with entrepreneurial skills and social skills that leverage on ICT application in order to boost their employability and agriproductivity as they create enterprises that create job opportunities. On the other hand, The ICT Academy is among the few projects being incubated at Entrepreneur's Spot. Entrepreneur's Spot is a social enterprise that prepares Kenya's startups in order to make them invester ready. Lastly, as the founder of The ICT Academy I am among the few chosen for the 2917 Africa Venture Social Impact Leadership Program which identifies and nurtures cross-boundary Leaders across the continent. I appeal to well meaning people to step in and enable me raise the $1900 35% fee cost and an additional ,$2000 for a return air ticket from Kenya to Sri Lanka where the Africa Venture shal be held. Thank You Lenders. I plan to use the solicited loans to purchase computers, printers, projectors, scanners, photocopiers, digital cameras, paper binders, photocopiers, paper cutters plus other computer accessories.

I shall be using what I purchase to establish Rural ICT Kiosks in rural and remote communities in Kenya and beyond. I shall begin by digitizing my village (Mutsuma Village) and later spread my wings to other communities.
