About Me

Am the first born in the family of five. Married with four lovely daughters. First born is 13 years old followed by twin daughters aged 4 years old and a last born daughter of 1 and half years.I'm so gender sensitive! I live in Nakuru county near turners. I hold a masters degree in Economics and i run a stationary business within Nakuru and i also consult for community based organizations in the areas of project management, proposal development, capacity building and training. This is one area that i have worked all along for the last 17 years and still going strong in it. I also head an entity by the name Chelma Advisory Institute whose main role in development is to capacity build individuals/organizations whose programs revolves around community development. With the world/society becoming so dynamic, at least i needed something to top up my earning and a good living and that is why i ventured into stationary business. Due to my constant touch with people and through trainings, i have managed to come up with a book on community participation which has been edited by a publishing company in the UK and soon to be published and ready for marketing. Currently, busy finishing one on enterprise development. All i have known in life is determination for success. This is one of my strongest strength. Determination, setting goals and making sure they are achieved within a set time frame. Iam also a member of the African platform for sustainable development. This has enabled me to learn a lot in all areas of social, economic and political dynamics.

My Business

I deal with all office stationaries. There is demand of this items since schools, individuals have enlisted our services.I have enlisted the services of qualified staffs with good training in customer care.As well, my stock is always full to the satisfaction of my customers. There is also incentives for regular customers which is our competitive edge.
Challenges are competition, pricing and duplication of businesses. However we counter this through regular market research in order to be on board in business.
Typically, our monthly costs runs up to KES. 45,000.The sales revenue after deductions on a monthly basis is KES. 25,000.

Loan Proposal

The loan will be used in purchasing more copy papers and now that exams are nearing i definitely know i will be able to repay the loan soonest possible. loo forward to add onto what is not available so that i can satisfy my clients needs and wants.I want to appreciate very much for the lenders who have seen this business go through the way i did not expect. In a big way i say thank you and this will go along way in eradicating poverty and making people self reliant both socially and economically.

To my lenders: Its a great honor once more to be considered for the second loan.THANK YOU. Although, the first loan had many challenges, i do not regret at all because, challenges have now been turned into opportunities.I will utilize those gaps and opportunities in this second loan to run progressively hence with the determination of repaying back as soon as it is possible.I intend to supply office equipments; an order already that has been placed.I will work hard on this and make sure that i meet 100% repayment criteria. Looking forward to working with you in this noble idea of uplifting small scale businesses and giving a chance to those without collateral. Thanks a lot.

Greg1, my dear friend! I will not continue the discussion with you on such low level. It is not you who has the right to dictate rules on others and pushing other members out! Who do you think you are? I am not thinking in national or even regional terms and don't have problems with people outside Bavaria. You didn't even understand my Man City allusion at all. Cool down a little bit and you will realize how ridiculous, silly and childish your verbal attacks against my person really are. You are reminding me of a three year old kid who has to allow his brother to play with "his" toy (which had been a present from their parents to both of them). Are you sure you are already mature enough to play together with others at the public playground?

Greg1, brother. What's your problem? Are you still suffering from Man City losing against Bayern Munich recently? Or what? Do you think this is the way people should communicate on this platform? Or is this the famous "British humour" which we Germans often misunderstand? Let's avoid this and behave in an educated manner...

I really couldn't care less about Man City or Bayern Munich, find someone who works in a factory if you want to talk about football.

This isn't a British, German thing either, in fact I have friends in Berlin and NRW that all have a great sense of humour (funny that THEIR jokes are about Bavarians - you aren't really German anyway).

I've seen you come onto loans that are fully funded on numerous occasions and I'm fully aware you do it to annoy other lenders by undercutting their bids. People like you are a nuisance, you don't help on Zidisha, you just get in the way. The best thing is if you just close your account and go away, but some people like to troll I guess this is your way of doing it.

I have a sick person at the moment so i may not be able to start paying today. I request for a grace period of one more month or alternatively as i finish with this problem, i will clear at once before that date. This are some of the unexpected challenges in business. All i know, i intend to clear this balance before the due date that i have proposed here in. Kindly accept my delay and i promise not to delay next time. That i will endeavour to meet the deadlines though this was unexpected.Thanks.

I wish to register my acknowledgement and appreciation for disbursing my loan and as well approving it at the most appropriate time when needed. I used the money to purchase photocopy papers and i strongly believe that i will be in a position to return the loan at an appropriate time so that it can expand this project. Grateful.
