About Me

Am David murage wachira, born in 1966 nyeri district, nyeri county.Am married with three children.my parents are Jane gathoni kariuki and john wachira jackson.Am the first born in our family.I have five siblings, one boy and four girls.I was born in 1966.I want for primary education at kirichu primary school from 1974 to 1980.I then joined Muruguru secondary school in 1981 and finished my O level in 1985.I passed.I joined chinga boys high school in 1986 and completed my A-levels in1987.I joined kagumo teachers college in 1990 and trained as a teacher where e completed in1992.I tought in different school until 1998 when i stopped and started a carpentry business involving making and selling doors. That is the business e have done since then.I hope to buy machines to boost the business when i get Your loan

My Business

My business involves making and selling doors made of timber. It is located at Naivasha town near Naivasha general hospital. The items i sell are are very marketable since Naivasha is a growing town.In a good day i might sell 10 doors and frames making an average of ksh1000.what minimize my profit is the high cost of items and the transportation cost since we get them from Nairobi. The profit is marginal since for sh30000 i only get sh1000.
If i could buy machinery to make them by my own i could increase profit to ksh500.my business would encounter growth. With finances from you,i may be able to achieve it

NB-US$1=ksh82.

Loan Proposal

when i get the 12800 i will use sh 8000 to buy frames which i will be selling at sh1200 making profit of sh4000 per week.I will buy four doors which i at sh1200 which i will sell at sh1600 making profit of sh400.this will be total profit of sh5600.When i sell every set of stock weekly i will be able to get more than enough to pay for the weekly loan installment

business is very bad because many parents are taking children back to school the are not buying items to build. Those who are coming are taking things on credit to pay later when things become normal. The busimess is experiencing serious cash flow problems but it will normalize

i had lowered my rate of payment because business was very low.by that time many were taking their children back to school for third term and they were using a lot of money for that.now schools are closed and the people are now using money to build.People are now buy items at a high rate.Teacher who ere my customers like building during school holidays when they are free and therefor business improve during the holiday.

i will reschedule my loan because am currently experiencing cash flow problems. Many people have taken children back to school and the have been left without money to spend on other areas.Very little construction of houses is happening so they are not buying doors and frames.i hope things will come back to normal soon and i will resume normal payments
