Loan Proposal

My intention in borrowing is to pay for an interlocking brick machine which is currently being fabricated for me by an artisan.
A picture of the machine is available alongside my picture and in my page (https://www.facebook.com/UdongoWorks).

Normally i pay for the machine as follows:

Deposit (to enable the artisan to buy the required materials) 20,000 (approximately $230)
Final installment (When picking the machine from the artisan) 38,000 (approximately $438)
Transport 2,000 (approximately $24)

Total cost 60,000 (approximately $ 692)

I have already paid the deposit to the artisan and the machine will be completed possibly by end of this week so i am preparing the final installment and transport of the machine which unfortunately is not sufficient to cover all the costs as outlined above.

I have therefore turned to Zidisha well-wishers to borrow the deficit and it is my hope that it will be possible.

After purchase i usually sell the machine through my Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/UdongoWorks) or olx.co.ke.

Sometimes i also buy used machines and resell at a profit as seen from my page.

With time i hope to create a real website and increase my advertising to reach a wider audience and sales.

I promise to do my best to repay all my lenders on time.

Thanks in advance
Paul

    Hi Paul,
interesting enterprise! Did you come up with the design/technology of the machine yourself? And what are you studying at Strathmore University?
I wish you all the best!
