About Me
I grew up in Nyahururu and schooled in the same county till secondary school. After which l went to college in Nairobi and later got a job in my home town of Nyahururu where am residing now. l later quit the job and started my own laboratory business after seeing potential in this sector
My future dreams is to become a self reliant business person meeting all the basic needs of my family, my clients and my business. I have been inspired a lot by my friends and the key to success is to work hard.
My Business
My business supplies laboratory reagents, such as widal strips, needles/injections and also offer laboratory services . I decided to run this business after training. The biggest challenge is capital. As a small business person, l don't have collateral to have or secure a loan from banking institutions. So, this is a challenge as well.
My customers are children and women, schools and health centers.
My goal in future is to start a health center focusing on reproductive health issues in my home town.
Loan Proposal
I will spend the loan in purchasing Laboratory reagents, widal strips, blood pressure machine. This will cost me $100. This will drive increased revenue and income from the sales as this will,be done in retail and wholesale.
