About Me

Am Elinam Sekyi,a graduate of University of Ghana. Growing up as a child was difficult. I had to help my mother sell clothing and footwear. We were care for by a single mother and me been the last of the seven. Going to school wasn’t an easy financially, but I struggle to complete University, where I studied Psychology and Information studies. Having completed my national service, without successfully securing a permanent job, I decided to go into self-business. Currently, I’m married with two kids, a girl and a boy. The first born is a girl, who wants to be a nurse. The second is a boy, who also wants to be a lawyer.

My Business

I am very grateful to all lenders for funding our loans.
Am into mobile money business, which involves deposit into clients wallet, and cash withdrawal In addition to the mobile money, I added call cards.
The Mobile money business is useful to the community. My business is located opposite a Senior High School where students withdraw to pay their fees. I use the profit to reinvest in the business and also to pay back the loan. I stay in Akosombo which is a tourist site. Tourists travel from far and near to visit the Akosombo Dam, in Ghana. I appeal to lenders to fund me this fourth loan and I will pay back on time.

My business has reached a point where I needed to expand into a wholesale of call cards alongside the Mobile Money since customers demand for this call cards is increasing.
I am therefore humbly appeal to aid me in funding this loan for a good cause.
Below are the items I intend to buy if my loan is funded and disburse to me.

1. MTN Call cards @ $ 180
2. Vodafone call cards @ $ 100
3. Tigoairtel call card @ $ 100
4. Mobile money @ $ 200

        Hello Fitri,

        Thank you very much, for the info and sorry for the late reply. My area is experiencing poor network connectivity for more than six months now and therefore visiting the Zidisha web site now is a big problem for me, Even for payment, I let my brother in the capital city Accra log on and do payment on my behalf.
        I now noticed the double loan. What I can do now is complete the 1st repayment and continue and pay the 2nd one.

    The total Credit Risk Fee deducted from my loan couple with high cost of items made trading difficult for me, hence my decision to adjust my repayment downward a little for a while.

    Like I said before, Zidisha loan is saviour to me and my family. Having completed university without getting a employment with any company, affter completing national service , it's through Zidisha loan I'm able to start my own business of selling call cards, doing mobile money, transfer of credit. I'm able to support my husband pay for the bills, pay the children school fees and put food on the family table.

    Hello my dear lenders and Zidisha team, hope you are all doing great.
    I was due on the 26th of October , I had a message that a new repayment service was available at zero cost. I tried to repay using that service but had network challenge and a problem with my phone.
    I resorted to the old way and that delayed my repayment, as I repay today.
    My final repayment will be 2nd November and I thank you all for your love. God bless you and stay blessed!!
