About Me

I a young lady born some thirty (30) years ago. I come from the northern part of Ghana, both parent are peasant farmers. I lost my father when I was ten years old. Therefore I was brought up by my mother (single parent) alone. I completed secondary school where I took catering as a career.
I cock food to sell to students and the general public. I am able to raise money from my business to take care of my mother and younger siblings.

My Business

I intend to operate a big food joint in Takoradi township where I will serve variety of both local and continental dishes, where I can employ about fifty (50) staffs. And getting orders for weddings, funerals, birthday parties etc.
Out of my business I am able to take care of my mother, pay my workers salary, provide for my family and pay my siblings school fees.

    Able to make payment today. My mother have ill for sometime now and I'm her only girl. I'm therefore taking care of her and it's making things difficult for me, hence the delay.

    I was ill and have been hospitalized for the past six weeks now. When I was discharged in March, I have been home without working. Today I resume payment, so as I can adjust my repayment going forward, however I was told my payment is pending review and as soon as review is done my account would be credited.
    I want to say Big Thank you to all my lenders for their patience and understanding,

    I am getting worried. Three weeks after making three installments ahead of time, it's still not reflecting in accounts statement. Have log ticket too, it's still not reflecting and it's indicating on my page that I am defaulting.
    Attached is the statement from MTN mobile money services indicating that on January 11, 2018 I paid GHC 300 to Zidisha.

    I have log a Support Ticket and below is the reply I had "I'm sorry for the technical error. I have reported it to our engineering team, and we will repair it as soon as possible"
    I am therefore informing my good lenders, that I duly made 3 weeks payment on January 12, 2018.

    My check from the service provider MTN mobile money indicated that the 300 GHS being three weeks advance payment to Zidisha on January 12, 2018 was successful, however my account has still not be credited and it's still showing as if I'm defaulting and my on-time percentage payment is still dropping.
    Even-though I log in ticket at the support ticket too, the problem still persist.
    Hoping to see this issue resolve once and for all.

    Has still not reflected in my account therefore indicating that I'm owing. Hoping that you would address it for me as soon as possible.

      It can take up to 3 business days, US Eastern Time, for a repayment to be credited to your account.

      After that time, if the payment hasn’t been credited please create a support ticket with the following details:
      - Date you made the payment
      - Payment amount
      - Phone number or account number you used to send the payment
      - Transaction ID of your payment

      Also check the payments of the previous loans. Sometimes an payment of a few month ago isn’t recorded. Then it only looks if a current payment isn’t recorded but it is booked correctly and is shown on the old loan where there is a missing payment.

      So check carefully which payments aren’t recorded and then create a support ticket with the correct info.

    Still 10 hours for my loan application to expire and it's still 0% funding, and I have still not lost hope yet. I'm praying, hoping and trusting that the good lenders on the Zidisha platform would show to me tender kindness and love by lending to me once again. God bless you all.
