About Me

I was born in Ivory Coast December 26, 1986 in a monogamous family. I have six brothers and three sisters. After 1999 I came with my brother to Burkina Faso in Ouagadougou for the fourth and third. After my failure BEPC in 2001 I left for the Ivory coast with my parents where I married my husband in 2004. I was not doing anything but my husband helped me there for about two years I do a little trade in agricultural products. I am the mother of two beautiful boys and a beautiful girl who will be 4 months on 16 September.

My Business

In Burkina Faso Sahel country in the heart of West Africa, people are mostly farmers and who import a lot, the demand for agricultural products is strong. It is from this perspective that my husband helped me with money for me to trade cereals such as maize, rice, millet .... These products are useful here because it is the basis of the supply of Burkinabé people.

I chose this trade because these are products that do not and have not spoiled fast as it is very easy to keep. Normally my expenses are 100.000f on average. After the sale of all, these products acquire with 100.000f I can have 120.000f. So a profit of 20.000f. There are moments where I can sell in a week all 100.000f products. However this is not easy because there is transport which takes almost half of the profit. But if the capital is high profit is important. For example if you take a bag of maize in brouse to 10.000f you can sell it wholesale to town 12.000f but transportation takes 750F to 1000f. We can sell it in detail and 15.000f but it is slow .

I count with the modest help of Zidisha to expand my business, if possible cultivate certain products myself if I win a field, help my husband to pay tuition of children, dress our children well, improve our diet, help my husband to pay for a plot and build our own backyard because we live for the moment in a big family which is my husband's dad court, to help those in need, to give a hand of financial materials to my parents who left the Ivory coast and are installed á Koudougou.

I really want to be useful to society by bringing my stone not to live in this land useless.
I expect also if I win the means to support orphanages of Bobo in sustaining the orphans. I plan financial aid, food (millet, rice, maize ....) and equipment as orphanages in need. It is pitiful to see these children. So if we can bring something to their maintenance let our heart speak. We often want to do it but alas for lack of means was that our eyes to observe only.

Loan Proposal

I reckon if I win this time ready to continue with my cereal sales trade of buying millet rice. ... And sell to customers in detail. With this money I want to have this time I will increase my turnover that will allow me to have a very high profit. Currently running grain trade very well and allows me to have enough profit. If I reinforce my business I can win in the month 40000fcfa ie about $ 50 per month. Thank you in advance for the financing.

About Me

My Business

Hello everyone Just a hello. Otherwise everything is fine. It was because the payments were not validated that I stopped paying. As it is now I will resume repayments. I would like to know if the problem came from ZIDSHA or ECOBANK.

Hi Emmanuel - I am wondering if you ever received an answer to your situation above? If I understand correctly, you stopped repaying because you feared the payments were not being validated properly. If that is the case, please contact Zidisha via your "Help" screen - that is the only way to be sure your concerns are reaching the proper authorities.
I do hope you start making repayments, because you may need zidisha in the future and if you pay back, even a little at a time, people will be willing to lend to you again. Good luck!

        Hello, "Melkmom" -

Unfortunately, some time ago, Zidisha stopped serving borrowers in Burkina Faso (and Guinea, Niger, and Senegal) because of problems with the money-transfer partner (Ecobank branches) in those countries. Despite trying for a long time, the Director was unable to find another money-transfer partner that could comply with Zidisha's newer requirements. The result is that borrowers in those countries cannot access Zidisha loans anymore, nor can they repay any outstanding balances (those have been written off).

I'm sorry for the disappointing information.
It's been distressing to me, too...

Hi Tamare , I am hoping you will be able to make even small payments on your loan. You were doing so well for months, and I imagine something bad happened to keep you from paying in time. I wish you the best. Please communicate with your lenders so we know what is happening. Even if you pay back late, as long as you are making progress, then your lenders will have faith in you for future loans.

    Hello .
The reason is simple. I see that last month I pay 5996 XOF.
While two months in the middle I repay 38000 XOF. This is just to standardize the amounts to be reimbursed for the remaining three months. However if that is not possible it is no big deal.
Thank you and all the best.
    Tamare.

    Hello
I have made an error in paying the 38.000FXOF ($ 76) that I have to pay tomorrow. Instead of Tamare KIENDREBEOGO / Simporé, I put on the deposit slip Simporé Tamare and I gave the phone contact as 71256033
    Please regularize my situation.
