About Me

I am Phenny a businesswoman who deals with selling of clothes as well as running a beauty parlor in the coastal city of Mombasa. I have been doing business for the last 15 years with moderate success. I am a single mother of three children who are all in school. I believe in hard work and honesty.

I am a church minister and I spend my Sundays in Church where I do a lot of church activities such as preaching and counseling.

My children are all in school one would like to be a teacher, the other one a dentist and the third born an engineer.

My Business

I run a beauty parlor where I do all sorts of beauty work such as hair styles, pedicure and manicure. I also sell ladies clothes to supplement my income. I use the profit from this business to support my family with food, school fees and other necessities.

I hope to keep growing by leveraging on credit facilities such as Zidisha. My dream to move this business to the city center where I will be able to attract high class clients.

Loan Proposal

I will use the money to buy women's coats and scarves since we are now approaching the cold season and such items will be in high demand. I need about $100 to buy half a dozen coats and the same number of scarves. I will use my own cash to top up the remaining amount since this loan will make up about a half of this amount.

I hope to sell this stock before the season is over and make some good profit.
