I am happy to say i received a total of Kenya Shillings 8186 an approximately $ 83. I have paid a deposit of $50 to the person digging the borehole. After the completion of the borehole i will be able to have water in plenty which will enable me do my farming well. He has promised he will start the job by tomorrow. I very grateful to my lenders for funding my loan.

I purchased 10 kgs @ Ksh 550 of beans and 5 kgs @ Ksh 400 of rice, the purchase increased the stock to my shop since before the purchase i had remained with only 10kgs of rice and 5kgs of beans. my ernings increased by Ksh 150 in three days time and monthly 1500 kenya shillings. I used the increased earnings to buy 15kgs of cowpeas as a new product which initially i didnt have in my stock, My kids are schooling in a better school and i have also managed to start a small business for my wife. I usualy go to the beach on weekends since its not far from my place and am planing to take my kids to their grand father in my remote village since they are on their two months long holiday

Great things has Zidisha done for me. I used the money given me to buy Maize during the Maize cropping season. I keep preparing a favorite local dish known in my locality as banku and sell it to people. As my best meal, my family also depend on the same meal. Because I bought the Maize during the cropping season, I was able to buy it cheaper. Due to the bad weather condition in my country, farmers who wanted to plant the later Maize in the year couldn't make proper yield. The stock of Maize I bought has now become very expensive. I now 50% extral profit on each bag of Maize sold. My increase earnings to rent a new room for my sister's who are helping me with my business. In fact my sisters who are helping me with my business have graduated from the higher school with excellent grades. I am happy for them. Come to my place every Friday and enjoy thank God it is Friday. This is when families meet together and enjoy themselves with varieties of games and other entertainment programs.

This is my first loan, I will be managing the boutique shop buy (women or ladies wears ) in the shop and I believe if am able to replace a few ladies or women wears into my boutique shop and it will really add value to the new ladies or women wears into the shop and also I will be able to create employment and thus generate more income, to me and also get more profit from the loan that i am requested from the lenders,i hope my profit will raise up to 25% in every week if the loan is fully funded to me and i will also be able to get another loan in future as well.

I've been using a simple solar lamp for my lighting for several years. It works really well, and we don't have as much sunshine here in the UK as you do in Ghana! It's very easy to use. I gather these lamps are replacing kerosene lamps across Africa. They're more expensive to buy, but there are no fuel costs, so they are cheaper in the long run.
