  Please note that the two (2) current Staff members (www.zidisha.org/team) almost never visit borrower Discussion pages, so it would be unlikely to get help from them here. They also don't reply in the Forum very often, either. The way to reach them directly is by clicking on the HELP link in your account, checking the drop-down list of subject options, and finding an option with a text-box available to send a private message to them. If you've already done that, you would need to be patient for a reply because, as mentioned, the entire Zidisha Team (a/k/a Staff) currently consists of just two (2) people, while there are over 335,000 Zidisha members.
  
  For this inquiry, you could post in the "Borrower Questions" section of the Forum and another borrower with more experience with the current policy maybe will answer you.
  
  Policies here change frequently, so be sure to visit the "Announcements" section of the Forum where the Director posts updates. Checking the FAQs (www.zidisha.org/faq) frequently for changes also would be advisable.
  
  Keep in mind that although the two members of the Staff are lenders, too, most of the lenders aren't on the Staff and cannot help you with anything administrative or technical, so this never is the place to try to reach the Staff for help. Try the Forum first. Then, if need be, try sending a private message to the Staff via the HELP link in your account, as described above.
  
  Please also note that I won't get notified of any reply that you may post here, so you would need to follow the instructions above.
  
  I know it's frustrating, but Zidisha doesn't currently have it in their budget to hire support personnel. Therefore, a lot of patience is required.
