About Me

I am a Lawyer practicing under the Law Firm of J.T.Apev & Associates. But before I could reach this stage of owning my fully equipped law office, I had to pass through three law offices. After my services were no longer required at my last place of work as an employee, I decided not to work under any office except my own. This was despite the fact that I had no money to establish a law office. The only tool I had was a bag, a computer and a phone. Every morning I dress up and go to any business centre pretending to want to print a document from my computer. This was I had a place to stay when I was done from the court and a place where I had access to electricity to type and print legal document to get paid. I continued like this until I got a brief that funded the establishment of my Law Office.

My Business

I am in the business of selling love. As a Lawyer in a
society like ours most of the clients you come across are unable to pay for your services immediately. But when one still provides legal services to them, through them you get a brief that eventually pays you. Treating
people fairy as against seeing them as an opportunity to make money builds trust and a long lasting relationship that always benefits me as a lawyer in the long run. Most of my major income comes from litigation, drafting of legal documents and management of properties.

Loan Proposal

The loan would be used to purchase a photocopying machine. This would add value to my office as we spend alot of money on outsourcing a business with a Photocopying machine.

      Dear James,

Please be aware that your lenders cannot help
      with anything technical or administrative.

Please don't confuse your lenders with the Staff.

This is the Staff, a/k/a the Team: www.zidisha.org/team
Although the two (2) current members of the Staff
also are lenders, most lenders *aren't* on the Staff.

To send a note to the Staff, please always click on
the HELP link in your account. The Staff almost never
visits the Discussion page of any individual borrower.

      - This is your borrower-lender Discussion page, where you're supposed to update your lenders about your projects and your life in general (and where they may share about their projects and lives in general, too, if they wish).

      - It also is a place for VMs to communicate with you and/or your lenders.

      - And it's a location for you to tell your lenders anytime you want to adjust your payment schedule and why.

      - Additionally, it's a location to tell your lenders about a payment you made that didn't get posted after three business days (in that case, you would tell them just the date and amount paid, and you would send all of the other details to the Staff on a "payment not posted" support ticket created from the HELP link in your account).

      Thank you, and best wishes.
