    Thanks for the loan I received today Friday the 2nd of August 2019.. I have bought a bag of my fish feed but even though it was not enough at least they feed well today..Thanks and I do hope to receive a bigger loan on my next application..

      Please note that credit limits are determined by algorithms programmed into the system by the Staff, a/k/a "Team" (www.zidisha.org/team). Your individual lenders have no control over that at all. It is dependent on many variables, only some of which the borrower has control over, such as always paying exactly on the due date or within the ten-day grace period after the due date. Always keep in mind that dates and times for payment purposes at Zidisha are according to the U.S.A. Eastern Time-Zone.

      Other factors include, but are not limited to, the amount of lending capital available on the platform. Most lenders are not rich people and depend on borrower repayments in order to be able to contribute to more loan requests in the future. When there's low lending capital on the platform, you usually can tell by the number of pages of projects allowed onto "Browse Projects" (usually anything fewer than about five pages means there's low lending capital available, due to poor payment performance by too many borrowers). That means even good borrowers sometimes can't get onto "Browse Projects" and it also means credit limits sometimes don't rise and sometimes even unfortunately get lowered. As mentioned previously, it all is determined by algorithms programmed into the system by the Staff, and only they know all of the factors that go into the determinations of who gets to appear on "Browse Projects" at any particular time, as well as how much their loan requests would be allowed to be at that time.

          This is your borrower-lender Discussion page, where you would discuss your projects and your life in general with your lenders (and theirs, too, if they would like to share). It also is for VMs to communicate with you and/or with your lenders. However, it's not for trying to reach the Staff (a/k/a the Team: www.zidisha.org/team), because they almost never visit these borrower pages.

          Please don't confuse your lenders with the Staff (although the two people who currently are on the Staff also are lenders, most lenders *aren't* on the Staff). You can see who currently is on the Staff by clicking on the above-referenced link.

          - Your lenders cannot help you with anything technical or administrative.

          - Only the Staff can help you with technical and/or administrative issues.

          - To reach the Staff, please always click on the HELP link in your account.

          Please note that your lenders also have a HELP link in their account for reaching the Staff, too.

          Please be patient for a response when you send a message from the HELP link because there are more than 350,000 Zidisha members (borrowers and lenders), but currently there are only two (2) people on the Staff.*

          *Please always wait at least three (3) business days before sending another message to follow up about an inquiry you already sent to the Staff before.

          Please read the FAQs (www.zidisha.org/faq#borrowi...)
          to see that disbursement can take up to several days (that's after you click to confirm acceptance of the terms of the loan and see the loan status change from "Pending Borrower Confirmation" to "Pending Disbursement"). After your Net Disbursement has been sent, you would see your loan status change again, to "Loan Disbursed".

          If you still haven't received your Net Disbursement after your loan status appears as "Loan Disbursed", please follow the directions provided earlier to contact the Staff.

          Please remember that you can find information about the two (2) people who currently are on the Staff (a/k/a Team) by clicking here: www.zidisha.org/team.

          After a greater amount of automation was implemented on the Zidisha platform in January 2019 by the current Staff members, there no longer is anyone else on the Staff, and that means that no other lenders other than the ones you see currently on the "Team" page linked above can help you with anything technical or administrative (including, but not limited to sending you your Net Disbursement, crediting your payments onto your Zidisha screen and placing that money back into the lending accounts of each lender on the platform who chose to contribute some of their personal household funds to help fund your loan, etc., etc.).
