I am by name Godwin Iroh, a Christian business man. I am the managing director of Onward Security Services Ltd. I am from Southeast part of Nigeria but I base in Lagos state in Nigeria. I am the owner of the security outfit which I manager. After my secondary school I got a security job in American Embassy Lagos, where I worked for seven years & half. I was doing night shift in American Embassy & training myself in university of Lagos where I studied public law(criminal justice administration) when I graduated from the university & with the trainings & certificates from American Embassy & from the university & other courses on security & safety I hard to register a security outfit which I am the managing director today.

    Mentee is unable to login through the app or web he has try all the best to repay the remaining 3000+ but he want you to deduct it directly from his account or give alternative ways to pay the balance.

I will use this loan to pay the tailor that is sowing my security guards uniforms and this will help me to post my security guards on time to a new contract I got and this will promote my security outfit business.     I have made the payment. I hard difficulty in opening the app. I tried all I could but it could not open. It was yesterday that Zidisha sent a mail to me & I saw phone number of one Gabriel Oyekunle a Zidisha staff, I called him on phone & he told me what to do & as soon as I did that, the app opened & I did the payment. I have sent several mails to Zidisha asking what I can do to make payment but there was no response. I also contacted one Emmanuel Okorie a Zidisha staff that interviewed me at the beginning because I saved his number. He then told me what to do ,I did that but it did not open I called him on phone severally but he did not pick my calls again. I sent messages to him but he did not reply. Zidisha should have a mail address or phone number of which any client that has problem should contact & there should be quick response. Thank you.

      The two people you mentioned are VMs... *not* Zidisha Staff.
      This is the Staff, a/k/a the Team: www.zidisha.org/team
      As you can see, there currently are only two (2) people on the Staff.
      That is why responses usually are slow.

      This is your borrower-lender Discussion page, which is intended for the following purposes:

      - It's a place for you to update your lenders about your projects and your life in general (and where they may share about their projects and lives in general, too, if they wish).

      - It also is a place for VMs to communicate with you and/or your lenders.

      - And it's a location for you to tell your lenders anytime you want to adjust your payment schedule and why, and it's a location to tell your lenders about a payment you made that didn't get posted after three business days - in that case, you would tell them just the date and amount paid, and you would send all of the other details to the Staff on a "payment not posted" support ticket created from the HELP link in your account.

      Please don't confuse your lenders with the Staff.

    I thank zidisha & all my lenders, but I don't like the way I am been treated anytime I request for loan. Anytime I request for loan, it is because I am in need of money, but you will delay for many days before you will give it to me but you don't do that to other people here. There is a friend both of us started the same week to take loan from zidisha, he did not register with any money, but I registered with #3,000. his limit has increased very higher than mine. anytime he applies for loan, he will be given the same day, but each time I apply for loan it will take many days before I will be given why? I pay back my loans at the right time & do not default. the loan that was given to me now I have to pay #2,060 before the loan was given to me. If you don't want me to continue as your costumer, tell me & I will look for another loan company, though I love zidisha company. The more you delay in giving me the loan the more it affects my business negatively but you don't do like that to other people here. Is it because I registered with money that makes you delay me like this & refused to increase my limit as you promised that you will increase it when I register with money? Since I paid money to register I should be given a better services than others. It took 5 days from the day I requested for loan before I was given the loan today & I was given the loan because I paid money to expedite it. Does it mean that zidisha company is not sincere to her costumers? Why am I treated so bad than other costumers?

      You are speaking to the wrong people here, because your lenders don't have any control over any of the things you mentioned.

      This is your borrower-lender Discussion page, where you and they would discuss your projects and your lives in general. It also is where you can update them about any payments you made that the Staff hasn't posted to your account yet, just so your lenders would know the date and amount paid (all other details about payments not yet posted should be sent privately to the Staff), and it additionally is a place where VMs can post comments for you and/or for your lenders.

      However, your lenders cannot help you with anything technical or administrative.

      The Discussion page on each borrower's account usually isn't ever visited by the Staff, a/k/a the Team (whom you can see here: www.zidisha.org/team). To reach them, please click on the HELP link in your account.

      P.S.: The next time you post a new loan request (if you do), the system will allow you to change out the photo at the very top of your profile. You should do that, to post a photo of just yourself, clearly showing your entire face, centered in the frame. That also would help ensure that your face would appear centered in the little circle to the left of your name above each comment on your Discussion page.

      The other photo currently in that top spot, you then would be able to move to a lower spot on your Discussion page, along with a comment about it for your lenders (telling them the first names of all four of the men shown there, and maybe also telling them when and where the photo was taken).

      The system will let you change the photo at the very top spot of your profile anytime you're creating a new loan proposal and for as long as it's still actively in fundraising.
