Re: "I will be happy if my premium membership is updated because have [paid]."

    Please be aware:

This is your borrower-lender Discussion page, where you would discuss your projects and your life in general with your lenders (and theirs, too, if they would like to share). It also is for letting your lenders know about any changes you make to your payment schedule, and it's additionally for VMs to communicate with you and/or with your lenders. However, it's not for trying to reach the Staff (a/k/a the Team: www.zidisha.org/team), because they almost never visit these borrower pages.

Please don't confuse your lenders with the Staff (although the two people who currently are on the Staff also are lenders, most lenders *aren't* on the Staff).

You can see who currently is on the Staff (a/k/a "Team") by clicking on the link shown above.

    - Your lenders cannot help you with anything technical or administrative.

    - Only the Staff can help you with technical and/or administrative issues.

    - To reach the Staff, please always click on the HELP link in your account.

Please note that your lenders also have a HELP link in their account for reaching the Staff, too.

Please be patient for a response when you send a message from the HELP link because there are more than 350,000 Zidisha members (borrowers and lenders), but currently there are only two (2) people on the Staff.*

*Please always wait at least three (3) business days before sending another message to follow up about an inquiry you already sent to the Staff before.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Unless the policy has changed, which you can ask about in the Forum, a borrower has to maintain an on-time repayment score of 90% or higher in order to qualify for a higher credit limit.

Even that isn't a guarantee, though, because there are other factors that go into credit-limit determination, which is calculated according to algorithms programmed into the system by the Staff, a/k/a Team: www.zidisha.org/team.

For example, if there's low lending capital circulating on the platform due to too many borrowers not paying on time, then credit limits for everyone usually are lower than otherwise would be the case (this is because most lenders aren't rich people and depend on borrower repayments to use to help fund more borrower projects), and even some borrowers wouldn't even be able to access another loan at a particular time and would have to keep checking their account to see when the system would allow them to do so.

One of the ways to tell there's low lending capital on the platform is if there's barely more than one page of loan applications appearing on the "Browse Projects" page. Anything under about five pages means there's low lending capital on the platform. Unfortunately, that has been the case for a long time.

To increase your on-time repayment rate, always pay on time, which is defined as exactly on the due date or within the ten-day grace period after the due date.

Also, please keep in mind that dates and times are according to the U.S.A. Eastern Time-Zone.

    Thanks, and best wishes.

P.S.: Anytime you may need to reach the Staff (a/k/a Team), please be aware that you would need to click on the HELP link in your account and send a message to them from there.

This is your borrower-lender Discussion page, where you would communicate with your lenders about your projects and your life in general (and theirs, too, if they wish to share). This page also is for VMs to communicate with you and/or with your lenders, but it isn't for trying to reach the Staff (whom you can see at the link above), because they almost never visit these borrower pages.

Additionally, the next time the system allows you to create a loan proposal, please use the photo-editing tool in your account (which works only when a loan proposal is being created) to make sure that your *entire* face appears publicly in the photo at the very top of your profile page. (Currently, only the top of your head, your forehead, and your eyes are visible. That needs to be corrected, as soon as the system allows you to do so.) Thanks! :)
