About Me
My name is Naomi chepchirchir, I was born in 1994. I come from a family of 3 siblings being the last born. Im currently in a local university here in kenya called Multimedia university. My home is Eldoret at a village called Ngeria juction. Since I joined university things were not looking up financially and i had to device a way to maintain myself while in school since my parents are not well off and so i decided to venture into a business that would strive in the immediate surrounding and selling clothes appeared to be the most appropriate.
My Business
I sell clothes since it appeared to be the most appropriate business due to immediate population of students who like to be looking trendy and on time with the current emerging fashions. Im currently doing ladies clothes and pullovers. My daily sells are averagely $50. I intended to do both male and ladies clothes but due to financial constraints i haven't been able to accomplish that since what i get from the shop has to support me and also maintain the stock in my shop. My aim is to expand my cloth line venturing into much more varieties of clothes making it a one stop shop for all ages and sexes.
Loan Proposal
Since it is cold season here in Kenya especially the highland areas of the Rift valley where I come from, people are trying to keep warm and since I'm in the fashion industry I am obliged to be up to date with both curent and warm clothes which match the weather here. I will use $150 to buy mens jackets, $150 to buy ladies sweaters and tops and the remaining $150 to buy unisex wear for both men and ladies for the cold season. This will enable me to attract the customers that I was already missing.
