Rosemary kihara was facing some technical errors and that was the reason for late repayments. She is okay now and should be able to make repayments.

Hello lenders,
Rosemary's main reason for late repayments is because of a technical error.
Her phone could not support her app and she has also forgotten her log in pin number.
I have however tried to help her with log in procedures and sent her the pay bill number.She should be able to start making repayments.
