    Jared, please be aware that your lenders cannot help with anything technical or administrative.

    Please don't confuse your lenders with the Staff.

    This is the Staff, a/k/a the Team: www.zidisha.org/team

    Although the two (2) current members of the Staff
    also are lenders, most lenders *aren't* on the Staff.

    To send a note to the Staff, please always click on
    the HELP link in your account. The Staff almost never
    visits the Discussion page of any individual borrower.

    - This is your borrower-lender Discussion page, where you're supposed to update your lenders about your projects and your life in general (and where they may share about their projects and lives in general, too, if they wish).

    - It also is a place for VMs to communicate with you and/or your lenders.

    - And it's a location for you to tell your lenders anytime you want to adjust your payment schedule and why.

    - Additionally, it's a location to tell your lenders about a payment you made that didn't get posted after three business days... (in that case, you would tell them just the date and amount paid, and you would send all of the other details to the Staff on a "payment not posted" support ticket created from the HELP link in your account).

      Jared, please read what I wrote to you here on your borrower-lender Discussion page on Oct 2, 2019. If you read that, then you will know where you can get help with technical and administrative issues. Ordinary lenders can't help you with what you're requesting. Only the Staff can help you with that. Please read my earlier post to know how to contact them. Thank you.

      Also, please make sure never ever to post any sensitive information (account number, phone number, email address, physical address, Id. Number, image of Id. Card, etc.) here on your borrower-lender Discussion page or in the Forum, either, as those locations are fully publicly visible to the world.

      Instead, always send that sort of information privately to the Staff, on a support ticket, which you create by clicking on the HELP link in your account and looking for a subject option with a text-box available for sending a note to the Staff and attaching an image of your Id. Card if you're eligible for a refund. If you don't currently see any such subject option available for you in your account, then please post in the "Borrower Questions" section of the Forum to ask the Staff to provide your account with a way to contact them privately.

      For your own protection, please immediately remove the image of your Id. Card from this *public* page, at your very earliest opportunity.
