However, I want to say that I'm sorry and that I'm hard up and cannot pay my outstanding loan balance, for I'm really in a critical condition. I therefore want you to kindly use my credit risks to defray my remaining balance.

  Kindly read the message below, Please, it may help you understand few things in Zidisha.
  
  What is Zidisha's refund policy?
  
  Premium membership fees are refundable upon request up until the time you raise your next loan after purchasing premium membership.
  
  Premium membership fees are also refundable in the event that your loan application is not approved and you have not yet raised at least four times the value of your membership fee in loans.
  
  All risk payments and Members Loan Fund payments for loans applied for before December 17, 2018 are refundable upon request at any time you do not have an outstanding loan or fundraising loan application. If you choose to receive a refund for these payments, your credit limit for future loans will be reduced commensurate with the amount you are withdrawing from the Members Loan Fund for your refund

Please keep in mind that although the two (2) current members of the Staff, a/k/a Team (www.zidisha.org/team), also are lenders, all of the rest of the lenders are *not* on the Staff.

Your borrower-lender Discussion page isn't for trying to reach the Staff, because they almost never visit these borrower pages. Instead, to reach the Staff, please always click on the HELP link in your account. Thank you.

Additionally, for your own protection, please never ever post any sensitive information (account number, phone number, email addresses, physical address, Id. Number, image of Id. Card, etc.) on any *public* pages on the Internet.

The borrower-lender Discussion pages and the Forum pages all are publicly visible pages.

Anytime you see private information on public pages, people have posted that there in error and, unfortunately, the Staff doesn't have time to remove it, so the individual has to remove it himself or herself. (You should immediately remove the image of your Id. Card from your Discussion page.)

To send information privately to the Staff, please click on the HELP link and look at the drop-down list of subject options to find one with a text-box available for sending a message to them and attaching the image of your Id. Card.

That said, though, you probably won't find a "request for refund" option in your account, because if you read the Director's announcements in the "Announcements" section of the Forum, you would see that credit-risk payments are refundable only from loans taken prior to December 17, 2018.

  Lenders cannot assist with anything administrative. Like borrowers, we merely create an account on the platform (in our case, to upload funds to help borrowers, which the Zidisha Team Staff then manages; currently the Zidisha Team Staff consists of just two (2) people: www.zidisha.org/team - to contact them privately, send a message through the HELP link in your account). The Zidisha Team Staff is the intermediary between the borrowers and the lenders, and only they can help you with anything administrative.

I want to inform you that I received my loan of ¢650, and I'm grateful to to say God richly bless you for your benevolence. I would also wish to inform you that I would use part of it to offset my school fees arrears and the rest to buy handouts to enhance my education. Long live zidisha
