      Jacob, please be aware:

Lenders cannot help you with anything technical or administrative.
Therefore, this isn't the correct place to try to reach the Staff: www.zidisha.org/team

      For more information, please read

      Thanks, and best wishes.

So where can I get help?I had to seek assistance since I had to pay the loan even before receiving it then it was send to me....before then,I had a loan limit higher than what am being offered now and I repaid it yesterday thus received it today. Direct me to the right place/person to ask such questions.Another thing is that,I can't apply the next loan unless I pay the premium membership fee, must I pay so as to be able to apply?

As previously mentioned, you would need to contact the Staff: www.zidisha.org/team (via the HELP link in your account, by checking the drop-down list of topics and selecting a topic with a text-box for typing a private message to them). There are only two (2) people currently on the Staff, so you would need to be patient for a reply.

For more detail, please read the information at the links I provided to you earlier. Thank you.

That said, I am seeing on your public profile that you repaid your loan 100%... I am not seeing that you've created a new loan proposal, so what do you mean by 100% funded? Don't answer here, though. I am not on the Staff anymore. Nobody who used to be is on the Staff anymore, except for the two people you can see by clicking on the "team" link. This is because they have greatly increased the amount of automation on the platform.

I hope you get your issues resolved soon. Best wishes.
